  • Requirements:
    Offer withdrawn by first-choice university due to not meeting academic conditions (Undergraduates)orOffer withdrawn / Switching to a university in a different city (Postgraduates)
    Mustsubmit within 7 days:
    • University/UCAS rejection letter or proof of not meeting conditions
    • Offer letter from the new city's university

b. Visa Rejection

  • Applicable to: All students
  • Requirements:
    UK Student Visa application unsuccessful
    Mustsubmit within 7 days:
    • Official visa refusal letter + University confirmation letter stating inability to enroll due to visa failure

Outcome: Upon approvalFull refundof deposit/prepaid rent.


2. Cancellation Rules After Check-in

1. Special Circumstances Application(Subject to Property Manager's approval)
