You can travel to school, enter the city, or travel across the city without any worries.

**Apartment Facilities**
Inside the rooms: There are three room types, namely Classic Ensuite (4 - 6 people per room), Classic Studio, and Premium Studio. The Ensuite is approximately 13㎡ (with an ensuite bathroom + shared kitchen), and the Studio ranges from 16 - 18㎡ (with an independent kitchen and bathroom). All are equipped with a small double bed of 122×190cm, a large desk, a custom-made wardrobe + storage under the bed. The kitchen includes an oven / microwave / refrigerator. There is high-speed wifi throughout the house and sufficient heating, and the sound insulation effect is excellent.
Apartment facilities: 24-hour security patrol + on-site management team + 24-hour call center + electronic access control, ensuring safety. The common areas include a recreation room (with a pool table / table football), a dedicated study area (with free printing), a landscaped garden + courtyard, allowing for both socializing and studying. There is a self-service laundry room, a bike shed, and vending machines. The maintenance team responds promptly, and the myunite APP can be used to report repairs / make inquiries at any time.
**Surrounding Life**
Located in a quiet student聚居区 (这里聚居区英文可考虑用聚居社区 "聚居 community"), it combines convenience and tranquility! It takes 5 minutes to walk to the SPAR supermarket, 8 minutes to reach the Headington business district (with numerous coffee shops, restaurants, and charity shops), and there are Chinese restaurants and speciality restaurants within 10 minutes, meeting daily dietary needs. Close to the city center, there is rich culture and entertainment, and the neighborhood has good public security.
