It's a short walk to the core campus without having to rush, which is extremely friendly to international students who love to explore and are afraid of being late.

Location

It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the central area of the University of Edinburgh (Business School / Law School). You can sleep in for half an hour for an 8 am class and still have plenty of time to stroll to class without any hurry.

It takes 12 minutes to walk to the Edinburgh College of Art. You don't have to squeeze onto a bus with your painting supplies and portfolio. You can easily reach the classroom.

The nearest bus stop is a 3-minute walk away (near the High Street stop). You can take buses 23 and 41 and reach the King's Buildings campus (Science / Engineering School) in 20 minutes. It's also convenient for cross-campus classes.

It takes 25 minutes to walk or 10 minutes by bus to Edinburgh Waverley. Whether you're going home for the holidays or traveling to other cities, the transportation is extremely flexible.

The apartment mainly offers single studios of 9 - 12㎡, and there are also a small number of 2-person shared suites. The space is compact but sufficient. It comes with a 1.2m single bed, so you don't feel cramped when turning over. The windows can be opened, and it's very comfortable to enjoy the old city breeze in summer. The heating is central heating, and the room temperature remains stable in winter, so you don't have to worry about the cold. Each room has an independent bathroom and a small desk, so you don't have to wait when writing homework or washing up. Shy students can also live comfortably. Some studios even come with a small kitchen, which is very convenient for cooking instant noodles or heating up takeaways.

The 24-hour front desk is extremely reliable. They can receive express deliveries on your behalf and respond quickly to repair requests. They can solve any problems you encounter when you first arrive in the UK. There is a public lounge on the first floor with sofas and tables. You can discuss homework and chat with classmates after class. The public laundry room has washing machines and dryers, so you don't have to carry your dirty clothes around. The Wi-Fi throughout the apartment is stable, so there are no lags during online group discussions or video calls with family. Although there is no gym in the apartment, there is a paid gym just a 5-minute walk away, making it convenient for you to exercise.

The surrounding area is the core living circle in the city center, offering maximum convenience: There is a convenience store just a 2-minute walk away, which saves you a lot of time when buying a hot coffee and a sandwich in the morning. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Tesco supermarket, so you don't have to go far to buy groceries and stock up on snacks. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the Chinese supermarket in the city center, where you can buy soy sauce, hot pot base, and frozen dumplings. It's very comforting to cook a Chinese meal when you're homesick. There is an old city police station nearby, so you can feel safe walking home after shopping at night. You can also walk to the Royal Mile on weekends to visit the market and watch street performances, experiencing the cultural atmosphere of Edinburgh. You can relax as soon as you step out when you're tired from studying.
