1. Cancellation During Cooling-Off Period (Within 7 Days)
- Policy: A 7-day cooling-off period begins after the advance rent payment is received.
- Refund: If cancelled within 7 days, the full advance rent will be refunded, and you will be released from all contractual obligations.
- Method: Cancellation must be requested in writing via email.
2. Cancellation After Cooling-Off Period (After 7 Days)
- Obligation: You remain liable for fulfilling all obligations under the tenancy agreement.
- Permitted Exceptions (Supporting documentation required):
Requirements:
- For visa/academic results issues: Supporting evidence must be submitted within 72 hours of notification. If approved, the advance rent and the first rental installment will be refunded.
- For exceptional circumstances: Supporting evidence must be submitted. However, cancellation requests are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Failure to submit evidence on time: The advance rent will be retained, and you will remain liable under the contract.
3. Cancellation After Key Collection or Tenancy Start Date
- Obligation: You cannot unilaterally cancel the contract. You are liable for the full rent unless a replacement tenant is found.
